Villa Arni

Villa Arni is mostly recommended for the hospitality and family atmosphere and this is what makes it so special during the 40 years run by Ioanna.

The neighborhood is very quiet, in summer evenings you may enjoy your veranda views in piece and in the morning you can walk only 10′ to the sandy beach of Batsi.

Kypri Apartments

Kypri apartments are located in the picturesque seaside Kypri of Andros, in a relaxing and quiet environment with access to three of the most beautiful beaches of Andros, Kypri beach, Golden Sand beach and Ag Petros beach.

A four acres land, with olive trees and vines, magnificent sea view and absolute privacy. All have private entrances, kitchenettes and outdoor sitting areas, as well as free Wi-Fi.

Another great stay!
Lovely to be back in Villa Arni again this year. The hosts are lovely, and I'm feeling well looked after and rested after my stay. A well-stocked fridge, comfy bed, pretty outdoor spaces and clean and fresh. Thank you!

Great location overlooking Batsi beach
Batsi is a very picturesque town with a small harbour and numerous beachfront cafes. In the evenings it was busy but not overflowing with lots of choice for places to,eat. Our room at villa Arni was lovely with great attention and had a very well stocked kitchenette, A short walk from the villa is a lovely sandy beach with excellent swimming. Turn right along the beachfront and walk up the hill and round to the next bay approx 15 minutes to find a welcoming cafe and stunning beach. Snorkelling from here was good and the smoothies must be tried.

Worth the stay!
It was very lean, it had a great mattress, the view was perfect, it is only a 10 min walk to the shops in Batsi, Very close to great sandy beaches( Kipri - Agios Petros - Chrisi Ammos), great hospitality Yiannis).

We will definitely be back!
We stayed for two weeks in villa Arni and had a great time there. Villa Arni is very well located .At night it is quiet and in the daytime and the evenings the view is spectacular We had a great view of the Aegean sea and the village of Batsi ,with it's white houses,,that is built against a mountainside . It was just as you would imagine you'd want to stay when you are in Greece The apartment was perfect and Artemis was always there if we needed something The apartment felt like home already after a few days. So if you are in doubt I'd say : Go for it! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay very, very much!
The location of the beautiful house offers a wonderful view over the bay. Our apartment on the top floor was spacy, very clean and very well equipped. Big balcony! Ioanna was a very nice and friendly host: she delighted us with tasty homemade marmelades, some Raki and a beautiful handmade bag. We enjoyed our stay very, very much!
